Ordering
ArmourUP Asia reserves the right to refund any order within 2 Business Days of order placement. Customers will be notified as soon as possible should this occur. However, steps will be taken to minimise such incidents.
Payment Methods
For website orders, payment will be processed via Stripe, just input your credit card details and you will be able to pay securely via Stripe. Stripe accepts all Mastercard, Visa and Amex Credit Cards.
Local Shipping (1-3 Working Days Delivery)
–*Free shipping option in Malaysia for all Order.
-Orders will be despatched for delivery if placed before 2pm.
-Delivery will take 1-3 working days (usually next working day).
-No delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays.
-Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Self Collection : There is no Self Collection Option Available now.
Warranty and Returns
If there are any defects found with our products, do let us know within 3 days and a 1-to-1 exchange will be made in-store. Products covered under a warranty program and within the stipulated time period can be brought down to our store for troubleshooting and/or replacement.
Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.
